This is done Telehealth only at the moment but this may change in the future depending on the growth of the practice. Often billed through insurance. Most major insurance companies are accepted and include but do not limit to: Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Tricare, etc. Clients must reside in New York or South Carolina to receive Professional Counseling Services and bill through insurance.

Most common topics covered in counseling include but definitely do not limit to: anxiety, depression, stress, panic attacks, life transitions, sex issues (for men and women), and more! Therapy modalities can include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, Exposure Therapy, and more!
2
Prenatal/Postpartum Support
With this service and a spin on mental health, this is your place to discuss how pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum has been affecting your life. As many mothers and families never know what to expect, it is nice having someone along the journey with you that can detect when things might be off or if you are experiencing typical thoughts and emotions.

Many families are caught completely off guard when it comes to perinatal mood disorders. Let us help bridge the gap by providing expert detection and guidance. Some detection signs might include but not limit to:
-
Navigating the "what ifs" before the baby arrives
-
Moving through the brain fog and fight or flight response during your postpartum period
-
Validating your "scary" thoughts that many mothers fae but are too afraid to mention or talk about

You are not alone! As a mom who struggled through pregnancy anxiety, postpartum depression, and scary thoughts...I get it!
3
Labor and Delivery Support
This service is dedicated to spending time with the client or family while in Labor and Delivery. Some aspects of this service can be done via Telehealth and other aspects can be completed in person. This service would be greatly beneficial for:

-
Military spouses and families

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Carl Rogers
Just wait...until your baby smiles at you for the first time...
No birth story is the same, it's okay to write your own.
"You see a child play, and it is so close to seeing an artist paint, for in play a child says things without uttering a word. You can see how he solves his problems. You can also see what's wrong. Young children, especially, have enormous creativity, and whatever's in them rises to the surface in free play." -Erik Erikson
